Minutes from Annual/Semi-Annual Meeting of Members

Semi Annual Meetings are normally held in April and September
Members in good standing (current in their dues) are eligible to vote at these meetings -- for example - Annual Vote for President, Treasurer and Secretary; Proposed Budget Approval; Amendements to Bylaws; Recreation Area Improvements; Other Proposals Regarding Management of the Recreation Area. Votes are via signed written ballot and stamped with the Timbers Seal, retained for the record and recorded in the minutes below.

A quorum of one third of the members in good standing permits ballot measures to go forward at these meetings.
Meetings normally held at Timbers Recreation Area.
